Merlin Emory McGee, 72, of Lexington Al, went to be with Lord Saturday April 21,2012 at his residence. He was retired from Reynolds and a devoted member of Mt Pleasant Baptist Church.

Wife: Loving wife of 52 years Shelby McGee

Mother: Ruby McGee

Son: Wesley McGee and wife Sandra Kaye

Daughter : Rhonda McGee

Brother : Roger and Betty McGee

Hilda McLemore

Joyce DeAntonis

Grandchildren : Nikia , Erika and Robin McGee

Great Grand Children: Erik Ireland and Marley McGee

Preceded in death by his father Clellan McGee and sister Shirley Sims.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 22,2012 from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Lexington, Al. The funeral service will be Monday, April 23,2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the church.
