U.S. Veteran

William Floyd Odom, 82, of Lawrenceburg, passed away April 24, 2012. He was a Baptist, a U. S. Army Veteran of the Korean War, a 32nd degree Mason, member of VFW Post 1618, and the American Legion. He was retired from General Motors and as a bus driver for the Lawrence County Board of Education.

Survivors include:

Wife: Bertha Brown Odom

Daughters:

Phyllis J. McClure Gallous

Dianna Lynn Odom

Carolyn J. Odom

Step-sons:

Steven R. McClure

Jeffery C. McClure

Sisters:

Millie Hassel – Nashville

Martha Bedford – Lawrenceburg

(5) Grandchildren and (3) Great Grandchildren

Preceded in death by:

Parents: Floyd and Emma Jane Aaron Odom

Visitation will be Thursday, April 26, from 5:00-8:00pm at the Greenhill Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Friday at 11:00am at the funeral home with Bro. John Atchley and Bro. Chad Moore officiating. Burial will be in Old Loretto Cemetery with Military Honors.

Greenhill Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
